WRITEpeople complies with the Australian Privacy Act and the National Privacy Policy.We are acutely aware of the importance of confidentiality in dealing with clients’ documents and require all of our staff to sign confidentiality agreements which continue in force if they leave us. With appropriate safeguards, we can provide records of who has handled your documents whilst they are in our possession.
We use 128 bit SSL encryption in the transmission and movement of clients’ documents by electronic means.
We have a standard policy for the disposal of documents and soundfiles after work is completed.
